All of the variations of lateral raises known for the purpose of muscle building.

Dumbbell lateral raises are an excellent way to build the shoulders. Dumbbells provide constant tension throughout the movement (as long as you don't pause at the bottom) and can really bring some lactic acid to the shoulders and cause a real ""burn"" you know you've got the form right if you feel the burn in the right places.

Learning about how your muscles are working in an exercise really helps you to focus on what muscles to squeeze and contract during a specific exercises. A mind-muscle connection is one of the most vital keys to building muscle and without it, you are sacrificing a lot of muscular gains that could be otherwise made.

Start with one foot propped up behind you on the step up blocks. Maintain a neutral spine and sit straight down until your quad is near parallel to the floor. The patient must be sure that proper hip/knee/ankle alignment is maintained and that the knee does not deviate inward. Also, don't allow the knee to go over the toes while descending. Drive up to neutral position through your heel to complete the exercise.

Finally we go the confirmation we wanted for last week. After Bitcoin bottomed at 6000 it went all the way from 8000 in the beginning of the week and closed at 10500 on Sunday. Here is the weekly chart:

Comment: Whats important for the week is that we closed at the bollinger band median or actually slightly above and in addition to that, we also closed above the descending trendline.

Another positive is that we almost closed at the weekly high which does indicate that this upcoming week will continue going up.

The stochastics is also looking good, it is actually trendling upwards and it does look like we have bounced off the 20 area.

If we look at the weekly candlestick pattern we can see that we have formed a bullish reversal with a nice doji sign followed by a strong confirmation. Lets have a look at two other examples of this:

Finally, lets have a look at the weekly area line chart:

Comment: This is the most important number Im looking at and that is 11700 which was the latest weekly peak. Until we take out this peak, I wont consider this short term bear market over.

Oh boy, did we have a negative day or what? Bitcoin was down as much as 22% but at least it managed to recover some losses and closed at 11386 or 16% down. Here is the daily chart:

Comment: One thing to notice here is that we did close outside of the lower bollinger band (lower green line) so that could indicated that we have had enough and that this was overextended. But that is not a guarantee of course, we could still continue to head south, the daily candlestick does look pretty bearish.

So, if we were to fall more, then we are first looking at 10000 which is basically a 50% retracement from 20000 and we do have some support in that area. Otherwise we are looking at 8500 where we do have the 200 day moving average (yellow line) and that one also corresponds with a long term supporting trendline that goes back to September.

So, in conclusion, it does look more bearish than bullish here, but we could start to go up tomorrow, it really is hard to tell at this time. We have to wait until tomorrow and see where this thing is going.
